Book Review: Killer by Sara Shepard

Review: This is the sixth book in the Pretty Little Liars series. Since I've talked about these books plenty of times (see my previous reviews), I decided in this review to talk a little bit about the t.v. show. Although the description of the characters in the book are different from what they look like in the t.v. show, I still really like the actors/actresses that were cast. My favorite character is Spencer (who is played by Troian Bellisario). I think that Troian Bellisario as a really great actress and portrays the part of Spencer very well. In the book, Spencer is supposed to be blonde, but I think a dark haired Spencer is much better.

I also think that the guys were cast well. Ian Harding who plays Ezra Fitz is great for a young teacher who falls in love with Aria. Toby, who is played by Keegan Allen, was cast well also. Toby is supposed to be cute and mysterious, also a little creepy looking. I think Keegan Allen fits that role almost perfectly.

As for the book, Killer, I enjoyed reading it. It was a fun read. Only two more books left in this series! Unfortunately I have to wait a while for the last book to come in at the library. There was some mature content and language in this book. I gave this book 4 coffee cups. I really enjoy reading this series!

Review: I really like this series. Every book is filled with suspense and drama. In this book, new relationships are formed, and new enemies are made. There is always a big shocker at the end of these books. I am very glad that all the rest of the books in this series are out now. I don't think I would be able to wait for each book. I haven't yet read another series that has 8 books in its series without the books droning on and getting boring. Pretty Little Liars is not like that at all. Each book has something new and suspenseful in it. There is some language and mature content. This is a really great series. I recommend reading these books. I rated this book 4 stars.

Review: If you've been following the tv show, this book picks up right where the latest episode ends. This is the 4th book in the Pretty Little Liars series by Sara Shepard. If you've read any of my previous reviews of the Pretty Little Liars books you would know that I have been enjoying this series. Packed with suspense, mystery, and drama, Pretty Little Liars is a series you don't want to skip. I've been following the TV show and after the last episode I was extremely curious to find out what happens next. So, I decided to pick up the books. Unfortunately, somebody spoiled the ending of this book for me, but I still have 4 more books in the series to read in which I am clueless about the endings. There is some language and mature content. If you don't mind that, then I would recommend reading this series. I gave this book 4 coffee cups. Great series!

Book Review: Flawless by Sara Shepard

Review: As I said in my review of the first book, Pretty Little Liars, I started reading these books because I really like the TV show. This second book didn't disappoint me. There was a lot of drama which kept me turning the page with eager anticipation. When Emily goes out with Toby, the other girls are shocked. They thought that "A" was Toby and that he was going to harm Emily. Towards the end of the book, they were so close to finding out who "A" was. But then there was a shocking twist and nobody knew who "A" was. I really want to keep reading the books to see what happens to all the characters and to find out who "A" really is. The part in this book that really bugged me was Emily's attraction to her friend, Maya. This book would have been so much better if the author would have left that part out of the book. There was also quite a bit of language, which I didn't like. If you don't mind reading books with mature content and language, then I would recommend reading this book. I gave this book four coffee cups. I really like the plot. It isn't exactly like the TV show, but most of the main plots from the show are in these books. I'm looking forward to reading the next book, Perfect.

Book Review: Pretty Little Liars by Sara Shepard

How do I know? Because I know everything about the bad girls they were, the naughty girls they are, and all the dirty secrets they've kept. And guess what? I'm telling.

Review: I got hooked on the t.v. show when it first came out. As I was watching it I decided to read the books because I thought they might be good. As it turned out, I was right. The book was a lot like the Pilot episode of the t.v. show. This book was a quick read and pretty entertaining. The four girls, Spencer, Hanna, Emily, and Aria separated after the 7th grade when their friend, Alison, went missing. When Alison was found dead 3 years later, the four girls reunited. They all started recieving strange text messages that end with "-A". Before they knew Alison was dead they thought that "A" might be Alison. But when they started recieving texts from "A" after Alison was found dead, then they were very concerned.

I think my favorite character out of the four main girls would be Aria. She has to deal with her father's secret and finding out that the guy she really likes is her new English teacher. She doesn't do anything crazy like when Hannah stole her boyfriend's car and smashed it into a telephone pole. I think I could relate to her the most. What I didn't like about this book was the language and some of the mature content. I really liked the storyline but some of the content made me rate the book 3.5 coffee cups. I would recommend this book if you like a quick read and don't mind the language.

I can't wait to read the next book. I'm eager to find out who "A" is!
