This book looks very good. I can tell it will be part sad/part romance, which is interesting. Any thoughts?

I featured The Beginning of After a few weeks ago as well. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the cover! I think you're so right.. it definitely appears that the novel will both sad and also romantic... Can't wait to read it!! :)
